I love the movie "the crow" and that was an inspiration for this series of woodcut prints. The Crow is profoundly moving movie and big part of that is Brandon Lee´s performance and tragic death.
Woodcut is a similar technique to linocut but instead of lino the template is carved on wood. The texture that it makes was perfect for this project.
Artwork is printed on a thin rice paper so be extra-careful when framing the artwork.
